Living History Site will be exploring history in North Carolina during the Spring, Summer and Fall of 2012! We will be searching out the best historical spots, Civil War historical sites and battlefields, colonial history, plantation life and more in beautiful North Carolina! From a slice of Appalachian mountain life to the sea - we will be bringing it all to you!

Charlotte is a wonderful city full of history. Did you know Charlotteans wrote the Mecklenburg Declaration a full 13 months before the Declaration of Independence was penned?
