Need more information on Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and the Great Smokey Mountain area in east Tennessee?

Well then, pop in to the Tennessee Tourist Information Center, on the Smokey Mtn Exit. On a recent trip to Knoxville, we stopped in, knowing we would be exploring history and all the fun things families can do on a thorough LivingHistorySites.com tour of the Smokey Mountains this summer. Look for that coming to LHS in 2009!

The Tennessee Tourist Information Center has brochures of every kind, with everything the Great Smokey Mountains has to offer. From restaurants to historical destinations, horse back riding to kayaking, zoos to amusement parks, it is truly brochure land! Tons of information on hotels, bed and breakfasts and cabins, and other accomodations. You will find coupon books galore and plenty of information to help you have a great time on your Smokey Mountain adventure with your family!

The Tennessee Tourist Information Center is easy to find. As you are headed toward the Smokey Mountains on Interstate 40, you will begin to see the signs for the Russell Stover Candy Outlet store. Take exit 407 (This is the exit for Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains. Bass Pro is on one side of the interstate and chocolate is on the other!) and you will see the Tennessee Tourist Information Center is right next to the Russell Stover Outlet Store.

Tell them the folks at LivingHistorySites.com sent you in for the best travel brochures on living history, restaurants and more in the Great Smokey Mountains!
